Our Woven Gabions are engineered from high-quality, heavily galvanized steel wire, Galfan wire, or PVC-coated wire, woven into a double-twisted hexagonal mesh pattern. Unlike rigid structures, the double-twist design prevents unraveling and provides the structural flexibility needed to withstand severe earth settlement and environmental stress.
Designed as robust, flexible, and free-draining retaining structures, our woven gabion baskets are filled with natural stone on-site to create an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution for erosion control, riverbank protection, and earth retention.
High Structural Flexibility: The double-twisted hexagonal mesh distributes load evenly. It can withstand localized stresses and ground settlement without cracking or collapsing, making it far superior to rigid concrete.
